Residential pest control

Our certified technicians inspect your home and its surroundings for both the immediate problem and the harborages that will become the next one. Inside, that means the pest target locations: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements and attics. Outside, it means inspecting and treating the entry points, eaves, garages, sheds and the other commonly infested areas, so pests cannot get in at all. We use environmentally safe, organic products and application methods, because your family lives here.

Organic pest control

Organic pest control products are made from natural ingredients and are exempt from U.S. EPA registration, so they comply with the USDA National Organic Program and with Integrated Pest Management practices. In pest management, organic means products that contain no man made chemicals and use natural ingredients instead. They are better for the environment: where a traditional product can cause collateral damage, an organic one uses food or plant based oils to deter pests. They also last, because insects build resistance to chemical treatments but not to a biologically based one, so the problem stays solved. We run green programs for residential, commercial and educational customers.

Commercial pest control

Building a loyal customer base is critical to your success, and rats, mice, cockroaches, bed bugs and ants can destroy that trust in an instant. Pests are also a significant health risk, and that risk can close a business. It runs highest at apartment complexes, rental units, warehouses, food processing plants, schools, nursing homes, retirement homes and restaurants. Acting before an infestation takes hold is what protects both your reputation and your customers.

  • IPM in schools, institutions and educational facilities

Integrated Pest Management keeps facilities and their landscapes in safe, working condition with the least risk to the people in them and to the environment.

  • Drain cleaning for insects

We clear out the organic matter that feeds fruit flies and drain flies, and install fly control units where a space needs them.

  • Exclusion of rodents

Inspection first, then rodent sealant and copper mesh wiring to close off the ways rodents get into a facility.

  • Natural and eco friendly pest control

Organic alternatives to conventional pesticides, made from natural ingredients such as wintergreen and peppermint. For anyone sensitive to chemicals.

  • Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection reports

The certification report that gets a home or structure ready for resale, and gives a buyer the inspection in writing.

  • Termite eradication and monitoring

Soil treatments and perimeter baiting stations that clear the infestation and keep watch afterwards.

  • Do it yourself products

Bed bug mattress protectors, drain cleaners and odor eliminators, for the jobs you would rather handle yourself.

  • Instructional courses

Training for institutions, governmental units and the pest control industry, on the preventive measures that stop insect and rodent infestations before they start.

  • Rodent demolition compliance

Demolishing or rebuilding a structure requires compliance with local and state regulations. A rodent demolition certification meets the standard and keeps the site safer for everyone on it.

  • Mosquito and tick control

Recurring barrier protection keeps an outdoor space usable all season, and two services before a special event cover the day itself. Our all natural treatments use organic materials such as wintergreen and peppermint oils.
